On-Line Messungen der Zementpartikelgröße mittels des Streulichtverfahrens Laserbeugung werden seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich eingesetzt. Unter anderem können damit Anfahrphasen deutlich verkürzt und damit die In-Spezifikation Phase schneller erreicht werden. Der Vortrag stellt anhand von Praxisbeispielen verschiedene On-Line Lösungen von Malvern Instruments vor.

3. Accurate rubber testing using rotational rheometers

Shear testing elastomers with rotational rheometers is much more difficult than testing most other materials. The main difficulty is that their shear properties are axial load dependent. Furthermore, cylindrical shaped samples tested between parallel plates may slip within the plates and also give errors due to compliance of the instrument.
